No, really. Unfortunately, I had major surgery on December 16th. That--and the illness leading up to it--threw my plans for the fall and winter all to hell and back. The good news is I wrote thoughout January. The bad news is that I realized the book I was writing post-surgery was a little bit different from the book I was writing late last summer.
